Scottish Equi Offers a wide range of riding experiences. From the normal weekly riding tuition to shows, competitions, beach rides, forest rides, trail riding from one to five days.  We also organise event days for clients, and take groups to ride at various events.  (Right) is a rider fording the River Tweed during the Beltane Festival Ride Out at   Peebles.

Training Courses for BHS Stage 1 & 2.

SEPTEMBER 2009 to APRIL 2010.  Leading to BHS Stage 1 & 2 Exams in April 2010.

This is a pupil centred course with full on the job training.  Total cost inclusive of  tuition, accommodation and exam prepartion is £40 per week.  Spaces are strictly limited to serious students.  Full time positions may be offered at the end of  training.


    





Getting started at a young age!  We run a weekly Pony Club aimed at young riders.  Not just riding, but learning about all aspects of pony care,  and various new disciplines such as driving or side saddle.No joining required, just arrive at 4.30 each Wednesday  Cost is just £5 each session.



  

 

For Livery Owners

As from Sunday February 1st 2009,  there is  a special Livery Owners Lesson on the first Sunday of every month at 01.00 pm.   Maureen Taylor will take this mixed ability group and ensure all our valued livery owners receive the help and advice they need to improve their riding, and their enjoyment of having a horse. 
The lesson is for owners only, and is for adult riders. 
After the lesson why not adjourn to the Bistro for lunch, or at least a coffee, and get to know your fellow owners better, and share experiences.
